Behind the USD 17

When I read the email 3 weeks ago, I said "What the hell, USD 17 per hour for me!" All written in the email was not presenting what in the Articles of Association we made. That's just typically me.

All that surprised expression vanished until I met him. He is just another success businessman from Germany. I said to him "Sir, do you making a joke or what? As the first commissioner I only paid USD 17 per hour." He just laughing when I told him about that USD 17. Guess what he said to me, "You are not a team player and so do I. Most of all successful leaders are not a good team player. You will be the leader and that USD 17 was only to watch, to see!"

Now, what are all behind that USD 17 that makes me smile in my European made car on the way back home? In fact, if you become a leader you must not expecting too much for your own.

Leader have more responsibility but have to start with the less reward and less appreciation. The good think are the leader will have of the pray and happy ending.
