The first is called Dao, the second is climate, the third is terrain, the fourth is leadership and the fifth is institutional structure. (Sun Tzu)

The five factors, which effectively determine the outcome of war, are the moral rectitude (dao), the climate conditions, topography, leadership of the general and the organisational structure.

The climate conditions are an important factor. Optus intends to provide a 3G ( third generation) mobile phone network by the end of 2002. Is this a viable proposition? The tecnology is there but not yet fully matured. Is there a viable market?

Telstra intends to join the fray in 2004. The right timing is the name of the game in any successful enterprise.

The failure of so many dot-com enterprises could be blamed on the poortiming. Shopping on the net is supposed to be big, even bigger than "Ben Hur". The on-line shoping market remains pitiful as ever and is unlikely to become real or substantial in the near future.

Any new business model whose success depends on a radical change in human behavior is gong to be very risky indeed. In my experience as a medical practitioner, admonishing patients to turn over a new leaf and embark on a new and healthy life-style is one of the most difficult tasks indeed. (DR H H Tan)

+++ Say No 2 Bomb/Explosive Terror +++

Well this is just my opinion, a thought.... (again, in fact I'm quite bored with this)

Investors.... there is no safe place/office/building in Indonesia and also in your country. No matter how tight the security is, bomb expert ever told in televisions if almost everythings can be a bomb.!!! Amazing isn't it...

What the security did in Indonesia just detecting metal stuff, how about the explosive..???

But don't worry to investors, worst things only happen by an accident. What we need now is a good will from Indonesia Government and their law enforcement personnel. I believe government and law enforcement have a good will even sometimes plans does not work out.

Good Will Sir, Good Will - I can help you to solve this problems. The problem is, sometimes they law enforcement don't get an accurate informaton or report. What they had related to technology???

I think, top issues related to security system probably cause by wrong choices of technology, tactics, system and of course bad consultant.

Many emails in my inbox asking me about who I am. Well, some people now about me and lots out there still not knowing who i am. This post will tell you a brief of myself and I wish this san fullfill your curiousity about me.

My fullname is Unknown Reason, though some people call my nickname (I have plenty of it) OG, Czhenno, NowhereMan, CM, PenjagaKubur, Macronomicon.

You ask my competency, huh, humbly said I know IT from XT to P5, Telix to Blog, Hacking to Phreaking, Trashing to intelligence, WatchDog to Binary Interceptor. At security I only know surveillance, protection, investigations, martial arts. Management not many skills, just Decission Support System, MIS, Project Management, Neural Network System and others.

I knew & quit close with some important and powerful people from BJH, SW, PLT, MAR, FB, MM, Dj, JBK, FN, NK, PH and many others. I have a lots of friends from Music Director, Goverment Agencies, Police Officer, Army Corps, Mobs and others.

Encouraging investment in Indonesia

I put this issues because the sadness that covering this nation. Research was made by myself with a very limited budget and resources. However thanks to God, I have finish my draft to open a new office including numbers of projects to increasing invesment in Indonesia.

Dreams but not a dreams. I was just sitting there in my office chair calculating budget to start my new office. This plan cost around 200.000 US$ for 2 years to run the operations. There will be 6 project plans with break event point only within 2 years. Believe it or not, but if my office is setup and running it will increase numbers of investment in Indonesia.
