Is it worth to create a community forum over the internet?
For some case and reason it was always worth to create anything related to spread of information. Forums as part of this still have a community.

I also put a sample which used as a family and business forums created by myself.

What the purpose of it and why this type of information used by many peoples?
The main purpose of community forums is collecting information and ideas among several people or choosen public areas.

However Blog now become on of that kind of information feeder to internet users, which is started with point to point protocol and BBS years ago.
